Amanda
Co-Owner
Amanda grew up in Warrior and attended Warrior schools until merging with Mortimer Jordan in 2003, and graduated in 2005. She also grew up playing softball for Warrior Youth Association and Warrior High School which was a passion of hers. Amanda has 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry and the last 2 years she has been the General Manager of Chili’s in Fultondale. Amanda is married to Brian Piteo and they have two daughters, Kaybrie and Brinlyn “B”. Amanda is excited to see Warrior growing and happy to be apart of it.

Meet Nick
A proud native of Warrior, Nick grew up attending Warrior Elementary, North Jefferson Middle, and Mortimer Jordan High School. Though college and a career in education took him away for a time, he eventually returned home to help his sister open Warrior River Coffee Company—a dream rooted in family, community, and a shared love for great coffee.
With over a decade of experience in the restaurant industry, including years of service at Chili’s in both Fultondale and Lakeshore, Nick brings a deep understanding of hospitality to the coffee world. Between him and his sister, the duo shares over 20 years of experience at Chili’s, becoming familiar faces to many in the area.
Now, Nick is blending his passion for people and coffee to serve the community that helped shape who he is.
Fun fact: “While at UAB, I drank so much coffee that half the band already knew my order.”

Warrior River Coffee Company began its journey in 2020 through a collaboration with Premier Detailing, sharing a unique space under one roof. Today, we’re proud to fully own and operate our location—allowing us to continue growing and creating a space that feels like home to our community.
We’re passionate about providing a warm, inviting atmosphere paired with quality coffee and service. Whether you're stopping by for your morning brew or settling in to relax, we're glad you're here.
